Willi was helpful. The airport transfer service was convenient. I especially enjoyed the beautiful decor and the unique attention to detail. The breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight.. so amazing!

The room had cozy interiors and cleanliness was clearly a priority. I found the design to be very unique and Balinese-inspired. It felt peaceful because it was a little outside the main Medina.

The location is quite close to the city center. The Medina is about a 10-minute walk. The hotel is located in a secure area and I felt safe even late at night. Parking is available nearby for those with a car.

I felt so welcomed by the staff. breakfast included fresh juice and pastries each morning. the rooftop terrace provided a peaceful space. i really appreciated the airport transfer that was arranged. It made arrival simple. the riad was beautiful. i was impressed with the cleanness.
the room was slightly smaller than i expected but i had no real problems.

The room was quite small. THE walls had some stains and peeling paint. The shower leaked water onto the floor. the riad was noisy, so rest was difficult.

i found some aspects could be better. the shower in my room leaked significantly. also, the noise from the courtyard was really bad, even late at night. i think they need to address these issues.
